SOLUTION CONCERN is one of the few Vendors having its OWN Dedicated In-house Workshop facility for Seal Repair / Rehabilitation services. The facility includes best Lapping Machine (both motorized and manual) for seal face rehabilitation. In our facilities we can rehab all type all seal faces including Silicon Carbides/ Tungsten Carbides/ Carbon etc. For Carbon faces, we have a manual lapping arrangements. Also we have Ultrasound Cleaners for all sort and sizes of metal / non-metal parts. All our equipment are from reputed manufacturer and regularly calibrated. Further, we use top of the line Diamond abrasive/ fluid and oils of CAMET Brand for lapping purposes.
In addition, we have a monochromatic Light Tool to check the quality and accuracy of seal surface finish after lapping. Also, we have in-house Leak-test bench for final checking and testing of rehab seals.
